It's a big no for me, people don't roleplay on gta to play a watered down version of the sims. RP around food is created by players on a regular basis, in my experience.
I don't see how NPC traffic is going to help, if anything it'll just lead to server lag. Also, noobs will just jack every...
It'll be a good rule if there's places to store money for all players. Banks for legal RPers and the ability to stash money in your house for illegal RPers, because a drug dealer isn't going to deposit his dope money, lol.
Having safes and a house security system will be good addition to...
Let stuff like the 24/7s, burgershots, and all the other stores that are in the vanilla game be manned by players and maybe even owned. When being manned, they'll show up on the map as "active" or something like that. It'll create more role play, I'd rather genuine RP interactions during...
If you implement this it'll scare off so many people from the server. People already put the fun they have with that specific character at risk when they hand over their CK perms. We all know being CK'd can, in some way, demotivate someone. The last thing someone needs when starting a new...

On the other hand...
No point in trying to balance it out. It's all in or all out.
The concept could work, if players don't have to grind for a ridiculous amount of time just to get a house/car. If the economy isn't kept at a certain level, the process of accumulating assets will be dreadful and just end up taking...
The freezing assets thing will only be plausible if properties, vehicles, and money don't require a hard grind to get. Having to start grinding again from square one like a new player will drain the fun out the game if the grind for RP essentials (vehicles, houses, and money) is a drag...
I'm confused as to how to start getting into GTA V modding. The concept of modding on gta sa was so easy.
Whats a reliable site that I can find good mods?
Where and how can I learn to mod for GTA V?
.Is there anybody out there taking request?
Is there something similar to GTA SA's modloader...
