The National Guard, in theory, is good and could create some passive RP when something's not going down. But practically and logically speaking here, would anyone dedicate 1-2 hrs a day of RPing passively doing it? That's the question we need to ask ourselves.

That’s still forcing CKs on people which has a chance at affecting the PB. Maybe if the CK is forced via a request, they keep ALL of their assets.

I, like 80% of the server are against this for quite obvious reasons. Ill give you two, DM mentality, nobody’s going to play if that happens either.

This ^. I can't recall how many times I got annoyed on other servers when qualified factions were left out and quantified factions were given official, just because they had more members; even if their RP wasn't up to server standards for an official faction, they still somehow oddly obtained...

I believe it could stay there even in times when events aren't going on. It'd have more to the immersion, as not every day in real life do NGs, Police, FD get into shit; specific officers that is.
