Try using Q and E when you are trying to turn objects, a lot quicker. Otherwise, its all about 90 degree and 180 switch. Might be sucky when you need to raise the object up-wards, but if its a wall and it needs to be lined up, just remember the numbers and adjust them (takes no time doing that)
