Overview
The apartment system consists of key features for housing in the server, some of these features are listed below in the commands section and they consist of buying an apartment, selling your apartment, entering, exiting, and checking the location of the actual apartment. Going about these actions are rather simple, when purchasing an apartment you'll have to pay the original price plus a 6% tax. When you enter the complex you'll be able to walk around and approach a door checking the address of the room, a prompt will pop up if the property is for sell letting you buy it. Once bought you can enter your room.
When it comes to apartments they work similarly to the housing system where you'll be able to stash items, furnish your property, and much more. Aside from this, you'll also be able to sell your property to the market if you please.
Commands
/buyapartment
- Description: Let's the player purchase a room inside of an apartment complex.
/sellapartment
- Description: The owner of the room may sell their property if they please. Upon doing this command your room will be sold to the market.
- Note: Depending on the complex quality, your house will be priced similarly to the rest of the rooms.
/aenter
- Description: Upon approaching your door in the complex, you'll be able to do this letting you enter your room where you'll be greeted with a message.
- Note: If you attempt to enter a locked property, you won't be able to without unlocking it.
/aexit
- Description: Let's you exit your property upon doing the command.
/apartment
- Description: This shows you each command for apartments.
- Example: You type /apartment, in chat will be a list of the commands listed above.
