REFUND REQUEST RULES & INFORMATION

If you lost property (Such as money, weapons, narcotics, a vehicle/modification) due to a server rollback/active bug or something that was no fault of your own. You may be entitled to compensation for that object(s). If what you are filing for, does not meet the criteria below, please refrain yourself from posting as it will result in your post being locked and administrative actions will be taken against you if necessary.

NOTE: You must have unedited photo/video proof of your loss or we will be unable to help you.

INFORMATION

Refund Requests may be posting for the following reason(s), if your reason is not listed here it is best to check with a member of staff before posting (This does not mean message the staff member that you have posted a refund request and that they should go check it, doing so will result in your refund request to be denied).

• Server crashes / Server rollbacks
• Confirmed server related bugs
• Non Realistic roleplay situations of which were already confirmed by an administrator/forum report

You may post a refund request for the following items.

• Money
• Weapons
• Vehicles
• Vehicle Modifications
• Clothing
• Properties
